The location of the hotel was magnificent and fantastic - not very far from a lively square. Our venue was 15 minutes drive away from airport. We were upgraded to a twin room with balcony on check in. Booked it for US$ 118.

The a twin room was compact with nice bathroom, the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

This place has a great location with fantastic views and is next to a department store; there is plenty of variety in the continental breakfast, including fresh fruit and made-to-order meats.

Location location location...

First room we were given was very noisy, only to realise that it was separated by thin walls from the other room. Upon complaining, we were moved to an end room, with better view and solid walls, south facing...which was very good indeed.

The room was pretty nice, with a good-sized bathroom, and there was plenty of food options for breakfast; the staff was reasonably good and very attentive, preferring to direct questions to the Receptionist.

It was just so close to the metro (line 5 to the airport). This was the only reason we stayed here - we had an early morning flight. Also in the middle of a major shopping area.

The lift wasn't working when we first got to the hotel, which I don't mind in itself. However we have 2 small babies (14 months and 6 weeks) and when I asked the guy at reception to help with the bags he looked at me like I had 10 heads. So, fine if the lift isn't working but then offer just a little help, or look a little bit more sympathetic about it!

Near the center of the town. Easy to reach the airport and the railway station. Taxi park in front of the hotel.

Sometimes noise from the other rooms. The air conditioning system is not adjustable, you can choose only on-off.

They serve fresh fruit and meats for breakfast, which is a nice touch. The hotel is centrally located, and the design is really beautiful. 🌟

good sense of humour of reception staff

The best lies in many aspects, but first of all cleanness and support by room maintenance personnel; also the comfort of our room, including furniture, perfect bath equipment, corridor, lift, etc,, and a lot of other little, but very important, details. As to the hotel position, it is excellent for shopping, eating, entertaining and visiting old city centre; also, there are excellent public transport connections quite near: metro, busses and the central railway station. The only drawback for foreigners is the existence of only Spanish tv channels. Other problem would be the casual night noise from neighbouring careless guest tourists during the night, but that is not to blame on hotel itself. Our recommendation for mature or romance couples is to stay in a room with facade to the back, not to Colon boulevard which is squite noisy during the busy hours of the day.

Lack of other than Spanish international European languages tv channels.

The place had efficient and excellent staff. My twin room was new-fashioned with a big comfy bed.- The location was good and stunning, close to everything I wanted in Valencia.

I cannot say anything bad about this hote! Excellent staff, excellent location (50 mt far from Colon Underground Station, 300 meters far from downtown...), excellent breakfast. Any kind of comfort in the room and the price is quite cheap. I would reccomend this hotel to anyone, definetely.
